Why do I need a card for the free plan?
It keeps free credits for real people, not bots. You won’t be charged unless you upgrade to Pro. Each card can activate one free plan, and prepaid cards aren’t accepted.
What counts as a credit?
One credit is one image from the AI: a new graphic, an edit, or a resize. Starting from a template is free, and so is a run that fails.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits refresh on your billing date. On the annual plan, all 3,000 credits are yours for the full year.
What happens if I run out of credits?
On the free plan, upgrade to Pro or wait for your credits to refresh. On Pro, top up with a credit pack or wait for your next refresh.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Monthly to annual happens right away, and you get credit for the unused part of your month. Annual to monthly takes effect at your renewal.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. After that, you’re on the free plan with 10 credits a month. Any pack credits you still have are lost when Pro ends.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, on monthly and annual. Ask within 30 days of a payment and we refund the credits you haven’t used.
Can I use my graphics commercially?
Yes, on every plan, including the free one. Post them, run them as ads, use them for clients.
